The project consisted of site development of an existing 47-acre parcel including site grading and improvements, building pad construction, new parking and road surfaces, storm water management, sanitary sewer piping, domestic and fire water piping, landscaping and seeding. The building construction consisted of foundations, loading docks, shipping areas, and a 215,000 SF metal building. This building is comprised of manufacturing spaces, offices, maintenance areas, mechanical and electrical spaces, lab areas, locker and shower rooms, bathroom facilities, and storage areas, as well as a 30,000 SF mezzanine. The new building areas received full fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical services.
