BellaNova is a 312-unit, best in class, apartment community located in Orlando, Florida. The project included twenty-six 2-story apartment buildings with tile roofs. The units consist of a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, some with direct entry garages. The project also added a 13,000 SF clubhouse containing a gym, swimming pool and summer kitchen.
