The scope of work consisted of pool improvements, new windows, roofing, library media centers, kitchens, bathrooms, heavy MEP upgrades, security work, and site improvements. One of the major items within the capital program was the renovation of the High School auditorium, which was originally built in 1952. Four of the buildings also involved hazardous material abatement.
