BNIA Passenger Terminal Expansion
Pike served as the general contractor for the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) Passenger Terminal Improvements project. The goal of this multi-year improvement project was to create more space and better flow for travelers to the Western, New York region.

Improvements to the first-floor arrivals level included 26,000 SF terminal expansion and 28,000 SF of renovations to the existing passenger terminal space. Improvements to the second-floor departure level included approximately 28,000 SF of terminal expansion and 10,000 SF of renovation to the existing terminal space.
