Phase 1 consisted of the new construction 40-unit apartment building which was turnover in early June 2024.  Phase 2 of the project includes the demolition of existing buildings, and new construction of a community center and a second 40-unit building.  Phase 3 will include further demolition, and construction of 24 townhouse style apartments. In total, there will be 104 new apartment units available for the residents, many of which have lived there for decades.
