Design build services for the construction of a new 50,000 sf building for the Whalen Company, the parent company of Cold Point, that manufacturers HVAC equipment for hotels, apartments, and others.

Due to the poor soils conditions, we utilized deep dynamic compaction, for the ground improvement method which compacts the soils to the required bearing capacity. The Butler building includes manufacturing, warehousing and office space.
