Construction of the 70,000 SF addition encompassed concrete foundation and flat work for the new facility, steel erection, metal wall panels, and miscellaneous carpentry. The facility contains three loading docks and a 7,500-pallet racking system. The scope of work also consisted of site work and the relocation of sanitary, water, and sewer lines. For phase 2 of the project, Pike provided design-build services for the 105,120 SF freezer and loading dock expansion to the west elevation of the existing facility.
