Construction management services for the 418,000 GSF East School (former East High School), which consists of a Lower School (serving grades 6 through 8), and an Upper School (serving grades 9 through 12) on one campus and one building.

Phase 2 of renovations provided upgrades and replacement of the entirety of the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) as well as tele-data building system infrastructure. The scope also includes replacement of interior finishes, doors, hardware, and toilet room and locker room renovations.
