Phase 1 involved the demolition and abatement of seven existing structures, the design-build of a new, 123,000 SF Armed Forces Reserve Center building, a 3,500 SF maintenance training facility, two prefabricated storage structures and one covered wash facility. Phase 2 involved the demolition and abatement of two existing two-story structures, one one-story structure, and one six-story structure, totaling 282,099 SF.
Pike self-performed all site work on the Fort Hamilton project; included site planning, clearing, grading, erosion control, site drainage, storm water management, utility upgrades, pavements, sidewalks, roadways, signage, site lighting, landscaping, gates, fencing, and site furnishings.
