Phase 1 of the project consisted of the new construction of fifty-six (56) affordable housing units and a community center along with associated sitework. Phase 2 of the project expanded on the existing complex and added six (6) new buildings, totaling forty-eight (48) additional units. The scope of work also included an addition to the existing community center. These project were made possible by funding from New York State Homes and Community Renewal, the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Monroe County, NYS Energy Research, Development Authority and the Lifetime Assistance Foundation.
