Greene County Jail
Construction management services, inclusive of preconstruction, for the new 73,000 SF Greene County Jail located on a 35 acre site in Coxackie, New York. The project consisted of a sheriff office and podular direct supervision housing units and support spaces to adequately serve an inmate population of 80 inmates.

The building program includes spaces that support jail operations including housing, educational/program space, intake / release, healthcare, kitchen, laundry, security operations, maintenance, storage, and administrative spaces. The project also included a new 6,100 sq. ft. training and maintenance building.
