Provided Design-Build Services for the renovation and expansion for the existing structure from 6,000 sf to 18,000 sf.
The shop and office addition consisted of a 12,000 sf pre-engineered Butler Building which included the main shop area, (3) wash bays, offices and break room for drivers.

Renovations included demolition, a new electrical service, new sprinkler system, a Butler MR-24 Re-Roof system, new Butler siding, replacement of the entire old shop floor with new slab, and new breakroom and bathroom for the mechanics, as well as new HVAC.
