JMA 5G Manufacturing & Innovation Center
Construction management services for the new JMA Manufacturing & Innovation Center in Syracuse, New York. The project included the construction of a new 45,000 SF one-story warehouse building with a second-floor mezzanine and an open concept on the interior with half of the building housing storage racks and the other half light assembly operations along with loading dock areas.

Renovations were completed in the existing 3-story building totaling 54,551 SF. This 3-story building now houses the new corporate offices, client experience center, and manufacturing space. Scope of work also included demolition of the existing warehouse, brownfield remediation, site utilities, and site work.
