Marketplace Senior Apartments
Pike provided construction management services for Marketplace Senior Apartments in Henrietta, New York. The project consisted of transforming an outparcel at Marketplace Mall into a 4-story wood framed building, totaling 150 living units of affordable housing for seniors in the community.

The building is all-electric and energy efficient, with features such as a 4th-story balcony overlooking the entire site. It will also have a fitness room, a large community room, numerous lounges and gathering areas, and an outdoor patio.
The project received funding from HUD through Monroe County HOME Funds.
