The project was completed in three phases: phase one consisted of four new loading docks with retaining walls in the original truck garage; phase two included a new 14,250 sf truck garage with a drive through automated truck way bay; phase three consisted of a 19,000 sf warehouse addition that connected the new recycling building to the existing warehouse.

The major site work continued while allowing the operations to continue, which included new power and water utilities to service the truck garage and wash bay, a large cut to the adjacent hill and retaining walls, new asphalt drives, concrete pads and landscaping.
