Peconic Landing
The completed project features 16 new private skilled nursing accommodations in a neighborhood model that includes a common area with country kitchen, dining area, great room and activity center along with a 17-suite memory support assisted living wing set in a similar neighborhood style.

New construction also included 46 independent living apartments ranging in size from 800 to 1,200 square feet along with expanded fitness facilities, administrative support spaces and a technology enhanced “smart” classroom. The independent living addition is attached to the existing community center for easy access to fitness, social and cultural amenities and features underground parking. Peconic Landing received LEED Gold certification
