The community consists of 150 independent living units (ILUs) over parking garages, 24 assisted living units, and 48 skilled/memory care units. The ILUs are a combination of 3 and 4-story units. The community also contains a 40,000 SF commons area and a 72-unit, 4-story healthcare building.
