RTS Advanced Environmental Service Building
Pike provided design-build services for the new Advanced Environmental Services Building at the Regional Transit Services (RTS) Campus in Rochester, New York. The new 21,500 SF building has 4 bays and houses new bus washing equipment and other service functions.

The new building allows fast throughput of buses allowing servicing to be completed earlier in the evening and reduce the number of buses outside waiting to be serviced. The scope of work also included the demolition of the existing service building.
