Sullivan County Jail
General construction services for the new 155,000 SF, 300-bed Sullivan County Jail in Monticello, New York. The new jail was designed for direct supervision, with cells grouped into pods A through F. Each pod has a common-area dayroom, a multipurpose room, outdoor recreation area, and a central podium. The jails modular construction also allows for expansion in the future.

The design also included precast concrete exterior wall panel and precast concrete modular cells. Pike self-performed the sitework, including establishing site SWPP and erosion control, required cuts, fills and rock removal, site utility installation, and building pad preparation.
