Provided construction services for a new 63,000 sf facility which included 49,000 sf Butler Building warehouse, and an attached 14,000 sf of office space to house main operations.
Warehouse included several large bridge cranes, (2) new loading docks with dock levels, a new Dimplex Chiller to help in printing operations, new LED lighting and several large curtain walls to allow the influx of natural lighting.

Office space was completed with a new lobby/reception area, (2) large conference rooms, (2) open office areas complete with a dehumidification/misting system, several large individual offices that run the perimeter of the office space, and a showcase room that will allow the owner to display numerous awards.
