TCI of New York Headquarters
Design-build services for the construction of a new two-story, 7,200 SF office building adjacent to the company’s new production facility, following a fire that destroyed the structure. The delivery of the project achieved a seven-month schedule from start-of-design to construction-finish/owner occupancy.

The building is registered with the US Green Building Council, designed and constructed on-track for LEED certification. “Green Building” techniques included the use of recycled materials, energy-efficient equipment and construction, and water-efficiency measures. All design and construction services provided under the project team’s design-build management included LEED certification and furniture design and installation.
