General construction services for Kapoor Hall at the University at Buffalo, which provided state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities for pharmacy practice and the pharmaceutical sciences. After being vacant for twelve years, this project completely renovated the 162,000 SF, four-story facility.

The first and second floors house two large lecture halls, two classrooms, Pharmaceutical Care Learning Center, Patient Assessment Suite, Model Pharmacy, student organizational and meeting spaces, study areas, computer labs, social gathering spaces, offices, conference rooms, an apothecary, and a café. The third and fourth floors are the main research ‘hub’ for the school. Educational labs and highly specialized labs for pharmaceutical research, sample processing, molecular genetics, bioinformatics, and protein therapeutics are included. Kapoor Hall was renamed to the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
