Pike provided design-build services for the new UR | Noyes Health Geneseo Medical Office Building. The new 2-story, 46,000 GSF Article 28 Business Occupancy Ambulatory Building will be occupied by UR Medicine, Highland Hospital, and Noyes Hospital.

The building is structural steel and cold form metal framing, metal panels and storefront. There is a tie into a small connecting corridor to the existing building as well as some sitework.
