The new building also contains office and service space for residents and clients of Lakeview Health Services. The architecture is a modern look with the first floor comprised of architecturally exposed block & precast and the remainder of the façade comprised of selective curtainwall & metal wall panel elements. The second floor is structural steel framing with slab-on-deck concrete while the remaining floors are comprised of prefabricated wood-framed construction. The building received LEED for Homes Gold status along with Energy Star certification.
