John B. Pike & Son builds the Finger Lakes Racetrack in Farmington, New York, with a “fast-track” methodology, allowing for construction to be completed in 15 months. John P. Judson works in the trades on this project. In 2012, Pike would return to the site for the Finger Lakes Casino renovations for Delaware North.
