John B. Pike & Son builds the Clark St. Technology Development Campus for IBM in Endicott, New York. This cleanroom project focuses on the development of computer storage drives. Pike would negotiate this project based on its previous success in Manassas, Virginia, for IBM, where Pike built a Class 10 cleanroom facility for processing semiconductor wafers.
