The first major project by Tom Judson Jr. and The Pike Company, Inc., is the Lodge at Woodcliff Hotel in Fairport, New York (1). The project is championed by Harley Orr. Nine years later, Pike builds a three-floor vertical expansion of the hotel without disrupting hotel operation during construction (2).
